The Service

ScienHub provides a browser-based LaTeX editor with real-time collaboration and cloud compilation. The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without their consent.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of all documents and files you create. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your work.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Abuse the compilation service in a way that degrades availability for other users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important documents.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScienHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
